I baked this cake for this year's 2010 X'mas Eve family gathering. The secret to a moist chocolate cake is to add hot liquid based on the liquid measurement as per the recipe. At times a cake maybe moist after baking but tends to dry out and harden when chilled. This is due to the butter content in the recipe, as butter hardens when chilled. This method is also applicable for vegetarian cakes that doesn't contain eggs. After many years of research, I finally found the best method of baking a moist chocolate cake.
